Exceptional opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant / Office Manager to join a Munich based Venture Capital fund that supports start-up entrepreneurs on their way to building global companies.
The opportunity and your area of responsibility will focus on the following activities:
● Participation in the organization of work (project management, internal and external meetings).
● Office management, combined with secretarial and reception tasks.
● Support in recruiting new employees.
● Accompanying partners in communication with entrepreneurs and investors.
● Organization of marketing and other events.
● Compilation of acquisition and project documents. We are searching for a professional, friendly, hands on and self-confident professional. In particular, we also value a structured way of working and a talent for organization.
Required experience:
● Several years of professional experience in a comparable position.
● Very good active knowledge of English, both spoken and written.
● Confident use of office software (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
