Responsibilities:
● You support our senior investment team with the execution of administrative and organizational tasks.
● You handle complex calendars and schedules on an ongoing basis and prioritize commitments to guarantee efficiency and productivity.
● You are responsible for scheduling appointments with both internal and external parties.
● You plan and book international business trips, handle visa processes and help with the reimbursement process for travel expenses.

● You closely work with our Team Executive Assistants based in London, Berlin and Zürich.
Expectations:
● At least 3 years professional working experience as personal assistant, team assistant or executive assistant in an international and dynamic environment
● Senior level exposure and great communicator – you have experience working with executive leaders
● You are diligent, reliable, and always ready – you pride yourself on being one step ahead
● Great at multitasking and prioritising – you’re a pro at managing all the spinning plates in a fast-paced environment
● Positive, outgoing, and a strong team player – no job is too big/small and you enjoy taking on and learning new things
