From a sales perspective, you will manage the sales funnel for their Cyber Security portfolio, including planning and sales controlling, development of the sales pitch towards utility customers and lead the training of the sales force. This requires experience in deal generation and closing, as well as designing and driving a sustainable business model to include recurrent revenue.

This opportunity would ideally suit a Business Development professional with the following experience:

·       Several years of experience in complex IT/OT solution and Cyber Security sales, preferably to utility segment or similar critical infrastructure markets.

·       Business background in sales or business development in the disciplinary management of software development teams.

·       Technical mindset and expertise in strong customer focus, sales success, strategic thinking and market understanding.

The new Head of Sales & Marketing will develop an effective international sales organization, levering direct sales as well as partnerships and strengthen their position as technology leader in their industry with targeted marketing.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train & lead an international sales team.
• Set sales targets and compensation scheme and support the team in achieving them with a ‘hands on’ mentality.
• Choose, implement and validate marketing measures.
• Review and continuously develop pricing strategy, offerings and legal sales framework.
