Exceptional career opportunity for a Senior Sales Manager to join a growing high tech scale up company in the radio frequency semiconductor space. The company specializes in providing high-end systems which speed up development time in several domains within the radio frequency semiconductor market. The company is looking for a senior sale professional that can build and execute sales operations worldwide, build a team and grow into the CCO role.
Responsibilities:
To build and realize sales and distribution goals, and maintain client and partner relations, ensuring that clients are satisfied by providing them with high-quality products that fit their needs. You will be responsible for building the sales team, which means you want to execute yourself (full cycle), but also have the vision to bring the company to the next step as part of the management team.
1. Sales: You are responsible for sales and for building the strategy to do so. Keep track of recent market trends and will take care of client acquisition and lead generation.
2. Partnership management: Responsible for building and maintaining worldwide distribution channels in EU and US. Negotiating terms and setting goals.
3. Planning and reporting: Building the sales and distribution plan, including the annual and quarterly goals and strategy.
4. Leadership: Build and lead the sales team / function.
5. Account management: While building the sales team, you are responsible for managing our existing clients together with the application engineering team.
Ideal career experience:
- Strong background in enterprise sales (full cycle), with technical product experience in markets related to, for example: Semiconductor, RF modules, Wireless, Equipment.
- Experience working in start-up or scale up company would be beneficial but not essential.
- Experience with partnership management (building and maintaining distribution channels).
- Experience with personal and team management.
- Experience in working with technical teams and products.
