Exceptional career opportunity for a Sales Manager to join an established and growing Energy Trading Platform company.
To further support growth the company are looking for a technically minded Sales Manager to report to the CEO and leverage direct sales as well as partnerships and strengthen their position as a leader in the Energy Trading Platform industry.
Your responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans that expand the company’s client base across Germany.
Build and promote long-lasting client relations by partnering with them.
Achieve growth and hit sales target.
Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programmes.
Review and continuously develop pricing strategy, offerings and legal sales framework.
Negotiate customer and partnering agreements.
Continuously develop and implement effective sales controlling.
Develop and maintain their CRM platform, HubSpot.
Implement and validate marketing measures.
Role requirements & what you bring on the table:
Hand-on driven mentality.
5+ years’ proven enterprise sales experience.
The ability to review and negotiate technical contracts.
Customer centric attitude, strong interpersonal skills.
Fluent and excellent command of German and English (written and spoken) including presentation skills.
In addition, it would be amazing if you have:
Start-up / Scale-up company experience.
Trading Platform experience.
Experience within the energy transition industry, in particular power producing (or trading) companies.
Experience selling technical solutions.
Enterprise software experience.
Flexible attitude regarding travel and working across different time zones.
Technical degree.
