Strategic priorities & focus areas
The CEO will work closely with the management team, to lead the company, execute and refine and implement the scaling strategy. The focus of the CEO will be the commercialization of the company; refining and executing the business models and strengthening the sales of equipment and consumables.
CEO profile
We are looking for a strong leader with a clear, rational, strategic and commercial mindset who can set and execute a well thought through and broadly supported strategy. Sets and keeps strong focus, with the willingness and ability to adjust when needed. Effective, experienced, and comfortable at all organizational levels, and with various stakeholder groups, including investors, supervisory board and strategic partners. Preferably experienced in a start-/scale up environment, with knowledge of or exposure to large corporates.
The ideal candidate brings the following skills and expertise:
– Proven ability and success leading a High-Tech scale-up as a CEO to the next phase. Demonstrated experience in overseeing and growing complex organizations and broadening the scope to include commercial/operational/supply chain focus while maintaining/strengthening the company culture of innovation and fast learning – up to and including exit.
– Strong business experience with proven ability and success in the commercializing of the High-Tech scale-up company, by designing and executing a value-creation based strategy in close collaboration with the team and relevant stakeholders.
– Hands-on experience of scaling, developing, and managing a growing scaleup-team to support and drive business strategy, including development of additional leadership Further build on and grow a company culture based on purpose and values.
