We are exclusively recruiting for a Geneva based SaaS Energy scale up stage company. This opportunity is for an exceptional VP Sales / CCO level professional to join the management team. The company is very well funded (VC) and currently employees 45 FTE with ambitious growth plans and offices opening across Europe and Asia.
Identify the market opportunities and prioritise the geographic and industrial market segments.
Develop and successfully implement the multi-channel go-to-market and growth strategy for adoption of the company’s products at maximum speed, breadth, depth and sustainability.
Define and implement territory management and account management best practices.
Set and meet the targets for marketing, sales, and service delivery; and for customer value, quality of customer experience, and customer loyalty/reference ability.
Sell smart grid solutions to distribution system operators and industrial-network operators worldwide; do so through and with the team and in some cases yourself, and with partners.
