We are exclusively recruiting a Head of Sales for a growing Platform for the travel sector.
This opportunity is for a high-performing Head of Sales a born leader with a passion for negotiation and motivating others.
Responsibilities:

• Manage and be accountable for the entire sales organisation
• Manage daily performance and hold regular 1:1 meetings
• Constantly improve the team’s skills by providing effective training and workshops
• Develop a per-country approach to improve different units simultaneously
• Own the booking process and optimise continuously
• A strong understanding of sales automation and CRM best practices
