Venture Capital funded and high growth SaaS Real Estate platform company based in Basel with offices throughout Europe are hiring a Head of Customer Success. This opportunity is ideal for someone with an entrepreneurial drive who is a pragmatic problem-solver and passionate about digital technology. Head of Customer Success Management [Basel,CH]   How you will contribute: You will formulate the Customer Success Management strategy, globally, and with a 1, 3 and 5 years perspective. Expand, manage and support our international Customer Success team. You will be accountable for the engagement and retention of customers and after twelve months you see tangible outcomes and deliverables due to successful transformation path implementation. You partner with Sales to deliver high-quality proposals that mitigate risks and achieve customer goals. You refine and grow the Customer Success service offering and make them scalable. You own building the Customer Success Excellence all over the customer lifecycle and develop and implement new methodologies, process and procedures You will oversee internal support functions, such as customer success excellence and customer success enablement, in line with company instruments and resources. You’ll be in charge of further developing a core value oriented work culture, focusing on courage, impact, collaboration, decisiveness and passion in your department, and across the company in cooperation with your management team colleagues.   Who you are: You have a deep knowledge of the SaaS customer success functions, metrics, and best practices. Knowledge of the Real Estate industry would be a plus. 5+ years of SaaS customer success leadership career experience in enterprise software, SaaS technology. Ideally building and leading an International customer success team. Strong data skills needed to accurately interpret excellence tests and derive the drivers of platform usage and process adoption at customer and customer partner. Experience in building and scaling growth stage companies. Successfully track team productivity and implement maintainable goals.
