An established Amsterdam and San Francisco based Enterprise SaaS company in the Energy and Utility space are searching for a strategic minded senior sales professional who works in a structured way to achieve maximum success.
You will primarily target large new business opportunities within the Utility and Energy space across Europe.
Research target accounts and develop prospecting campaigns.
Dive deep in understanding their business and the potential for business alignment.
Go high-and-wide within enterprise organizations to understand the full scope of opportunity.
Lead entire sales cycle from initial opportunity creation to finalizing opportunity outcome;
This includes prospecting campaigns, driving the discovery process at meetings with both prospects and clients, forecasting, selling with Value Framework, and ultimately closing the deal.
Ideal career experience and profile:
5-7 years of field and direct sales experience with an Enterprise software/SaaS organization. You will ideally also have experience of working in a start-up / growth stage Enterprise software/SaaS organization company.

Customer centric attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical ability, judgment and problem analysis techniques.
Understanding of business intelligence/analytics implementations.
Understanding of the business processes in the Utility and Energy industry.
Flexible attitude regarding travel.
