We are exclusively hiring for an exceptional Chief Sales Officer career opportunity for our client which is a VC backed Berlin based B2C Internet company who are a market leader in their field operating throughout Europe.  After significant investment and success the company is experiencing a huge growth trajectory to their existing 120 employees (70 sales team) and as such they are hiring for an experienced Chief Sales Officer.

Chief Sales Officer responsibilities and required experience:

– Responsible for a Team of 70 sales professionals which is growing weekly

– Experience of working in a start-up or high growth company, ideally B2C or B2C

– Data driven sales analysis – Sales Performance Monitoring experience

– You will be mainly responsible for aligning the objectives of the business to our customer needs through strategic planning, sales        development, forecasting and budgeting

– You will be a leader in your role and will provide guidance to the sales management team

– You will be planning and executing sales goals and strategies

– You will be responsible for the overall performance of Sales

– You will be accountable for the sales organization design and the sales job roles

– You will oversee the development of leads and provide leadership of sales market talent

– You will be expected to work cross-functionally with Business Development and Operations, particularly Human Resources to create employee development initiatives

– You will be in charge of setting sales objectives in order to maximize success

– You will oversee training and development programs

– You will reporting to our CEO
