The company is looking for a CEO who has been focused on Sales & Marketing to lead the company into the next phase of growth.

In your role as CEO, you will be responsible for the Vision & Mission, Business and Sales Planning, Profit and Loss, Collaborative relationships and Governance of the company.

As leader of the team you will be responsible for the sales and marketing of our products to customers (B2B).  You will be telling the world the story of our product and you will be our chief advocate for a specific feature set and it’s benefits. Additionally, you will be responsible for crafting the strategy around the messaging and marketing for new launches.


  • Lead vision, mission and strategy to grow the company to the next level.
  • Provide leadership to execute company strategy across multiple disciplines to achieve short & long term financial objectives and meeting shareholders expectations.
  • Track record in creating successful teams and building competencies in R&D, Product management, industrializations and sales.
  • Provide strategic input for company roadmap and ideas for differentiation to deliver best in class products & solutions.
  • Define and implement procedures and policies critical for a sustainable growth for the company.
  • Build strategic relationship and credibility at target customers and suppliers.
  • Find right business partners and opportunities for the company to achieve a sustainable revenue and market share growth.
  • Responsible for company P&L, balance sheet and meeting budget targets.
  • Be a role model for the employees, lead from the front.
  • Realize design-ins and close deals in a firm way: we need a deal maker
